Depression is a very common condition that countless people experience throughout their lives. It can be a normal response to grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and stressful situations.

Symptoms of depression can include the following:

  • Sadness
  • Feelings of guilt, being punished

  • Confusion or foggy thoughts

  • Changes in sleep (too much, too little, restlessness, frequent waking, etc)

  • managing any chronic illness or pain issues

  • solving problems that are making you feel overwhelmed
