Personal life transformation has become the hallmark of Diana’s work and the cornerstone of her success with clients.

Diana is known for saying, “Empowerment is the gateway to lasting life changes.”

As a psychotherapist, Diana is trained to use different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Guided Meditation, and trauma-informed yoga and breathing techniques as they are appropriate to her clients’ needs.

Her wish for each client is to be able to heal from trauma, taking wisdom from the pain, and allowing the body, mind, and spirit to integrate where thoughts, words, and deeds become a reflection of one’s personal values and desires for living a full life.

Goal-Oriented

Being a goal-oriented practitioner, Diana uses many techniques in her therapy sessions to bring about wellness and transformation for her client. The client must be committed and willing to stay engaged in the process of change in order to achieve his desired outcome. Besides doing hypnotherapy in the office, clients are equipped with audio files for home use along with homework that keeps them active in their own process of change.

Martial Arts Influence

As a student of Aiki Ninjutsu and a prior student of Tae Kwon Do, Diana has integrated the ancient teachings and philosophies of the martial arts into her system. She learned how to use the power of focused concentration to push herself outside her comfort zone. The system that she created has proven to be more comprehensive and effective than any of the individual therapeutic techniques used alone.

Holistic Approach

Diana finds it critically important for her clients to understand themselves and how the mind/body connection works. The client has spent enough time feeling bad and he really just needs help to find the answers. Diana teaches the client how to create his pathway of health and well-being, and teaches him empowering tools for self-improvement. This is accomplished through awareness, choice, and outcome.
