Attachment Trauma and Relationships: I highly recommend the videos on Alan Robarge’s YouTube channel. He is an excellent resource and speaks to the same things that I address with my clients who have attachment trauma from their family of origin. Basically, I’m on the same page as what he explains in all of his videos. It’s great to watch these and then talk about them in therapy to help deepen your understanding and fine tune your personal healing work.
